I most appreciate the fact that Michael made every effort to listen carefully to everything that I needed and wanted, and he was not afraid to put forward other ideas that have proved better than my original plan.  The custom designed laundry with overhead cabinets, new benches, sink and tiling has made best use of space and is very appealing to the eye. In the playroom, the team closed in a reception area, removed walls, relocated a hot water system, and consulted about power points and other technicalities.  I was always kept in the loop about the coordination of  tradespeople, (plumber, tiler, electrician, painter, floor installers).    Michael very competently kept the project on time and within the budget.
